Process Analyst – Mid-level

• Perform process mapping and diagnostics, identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. • Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing to implementation and monitoring of results. • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, metrics, and automations. • Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational improvement. • Work effectively in ambiguous contexts, structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and implementing process improvements with measurable impact.
  • Experience in process automation, including use of triggers, flows, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools.
  • Analytical, data-driven profile.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and proactivity.
  • Experience working in technology companies or fast-paced environments.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, VBA, or similar).

Will also be involved in providing Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting activities. May also be involved in providing non-Epic application support and troubleshooting for integrated third-party applications. Serves as a liaison between TSG groups, clients and vendors. Strong Clin Doc/Orders skills, demonstrated experience with eCQM measures and how they are used/updated annually and reported out. Experience validating numerator/denominator logic. Experience supporting Medisolv requested. - Conducts advanced analysis of Epic application design including but not limited to planning implementations and maximizing application benefits. Mentors teammates in resolution of issues, tracking issues and providing updates to peers, leadership and clients. Must maintain a certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module(s). • Integration Analysis & Documentation • Assist in documenting integration workflows, field mappings, payload structures, and error-handling requirements under the direction of the Senior Analyst. • Review API documentation, webhook configurations, and event-driven specifications to support integration design and client guidance. • Help prepare functional integration specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical documentation for engineering and implementation teams. • Support clients in understanding API usage, authentication methods, rate limits, and integration best practices. • Use tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI to validate and trace API behavior during integration testing. • Data Migration Analysis & Documentation • Lead data discovery and profiling activities—reading and interpreting legacy data structures, identifying data quality issues, and documenting migration scope and complexity. • Build and maintain detailed data mapping documents that define source-to-target field relationships, transformation rules, data type conversions, and handling of null or invalid values. • Translate mapping analysis into clear validation criteria and reconciliation checklists for use during mock conversions and UAT cycles. • Execute test scripts and data reconciliation queries during mock conversion cycles, documenting results and surfacing discrepancies for resolution. • Support post-migration data audits by querying target datasets and validating record counts, field accuracy, and transformation outcomes against defined expectations. • Document migration cutover plans and coordinate with data engineering teams during execution phases. • Requirements & Functional Analysis • Participate in requirements elicitation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture integration and data migration needs. • Assist in translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. • Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities, documenting findings for Senior Analyst review. • Maintain and update requirements documentation and change request logs throughout the project lifecycle. • Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with the Senior Business Analyst / Integration Analyst, engineering, QA, and implementation teams to ensure documentation accuracy and project alignment. • Support QA teams by contributing to test case development and validating functional outcomes against defined acceptance criteria. • Assist with client training and onboarding activities related to integration and migration deliverables.
