• Perform selection and active searches for tender notices across various portals • Work directly with public tenders and electronic auctions • Execute the full tender process • Support the collection, organization, and verification of documents required to participate in procurement procedures • Organize the department's calendar and legal documents for filing • Provide direct support to coordination and senior management on departmental matters

• Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, functional, and non-functional tests (exploratory, connectivity, security, stress, and load). • Maintain system cycles (active UAT) in defined environments, including daily and monthly routines, batch processes, and interfaces. • Knowledge of software defects and testing techniques. • Knowledge of test management tools, bug tracking, and automated testing tools. • Experience in test management and test planning. • Able to plan and execute tests to align the scope of the discipline with available timelines. • Knowledge to perform security tests and validations, able to identify security vulnerabilities and propose system improvements. • Able to evaluate non-functional performance requirements of a system using specialized tools and monitors. • Able to use specialized tools for automation, performance, and for planning, managing, and executing tests. • Experience producing basic test documentation including test plans, test scripts/playbooks, evidence, and test data sets. • Able to create scripts in specialized tools and work with automated execution using variable data sets (datapools). • Identify target test items to be evaluated by the test effort. • Evaluate the results of each test cycle.

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular • Design and implement reusable components • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services • Ensure code quality through best practices and development standards

• Back-end development using Java 8+ and Spring Boot • Responsive front-end development using Angular 9+, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3 • Implementation of integration and consumption of RESTful APIs • Collaboration with the team on code reviews and troubleshooting
