Role Description We are looking for innovative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team of healthcare providers. We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario. Preference will be given to NPs with additional licensing. Qualifications - Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario (ON), preferably with cross-jurisdictional licensure. - 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience of providing patients with the best possible care. - Physically located in Canada, with an ON billing number, required for ordering laboratory testing. - Available to provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform, in addition to logging in every 24-48 hours to address patient needs. - Member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner, maintaining eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces. - Experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets. - Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs, and remote work. - Adaptable and open to change. Role Description You’ll join a small team of nurse navigators at Rovi and play a defining role in how clinical navigation works here. We’re building a navigation platform that enables clinicians to coordinate and deliver care. We want you to focus on the cases that require real judgement and relationship building, and reduce the noise of administrative and booking activities. You will help us build the system that gets us there. Day-to-day, you’ll own a panel of members, manage their care across providers, and handle inbound clinical questions, all from our navigation platform. You’ll work under physician oversight for clinical decisions and escalations. You’ll also surface what we should build and what to fix to make the product better serve your and your patient’s needs. This is a fully remote role with the option to work in-person at our NY office. All member interaction is virtual with no in-person care component.
