Role Description We are looking for innovative Nurse Practitioners with a passion for Women’s Health and Menopause to join our growing team of healthcare providers. If you have additional training or great experience in women’s health, we want to hear from you! We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner licensed in at least one province in Canada. Qualifications - A licensed Nurse Practitioner in at least one Canadian province, preferably with multiple province licensure. - A member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner. - Physically located in Canada, with a billing number required for ordering laboratory testing. - At least 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience providing menopause care. - Additional certifications or training in the menopause or women’s health fields are a plus. - Available to provide a minimum of 4 hours per week on the platform, in addition to logging in a minimum of every 48 hours to address patient updates. - Maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per the governing body of their province/territory. - Experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss & metabolic health, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets. - Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs and remote work. - Adaptable and open to change. • Support healthcare practitioners with day-to-day clinical administration, including document management, scheduling, and audio/video consultation coordination. • Own file management: consolidate, update, and maintain electronic records, including labs and referrals. • Track lab requisitions end-to-end — ensuring results and documentation are received in full, following up with labs and patients when outstanding. • Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and healthcare practitioner communications. • Respond to patient inquiries and support patient care pathways in collaboration with the broader care and support teams. • Handle inbound faxes, voicemails, and other communications from external stakeholders. • Assist practitioners with editing and managing medical and insurance forms. • Perform data entry and administrative tasks in support of lab management processes. • Help maintain clinical documentation and keep training materials up to date. • Contribute to QI/QA initiatives. • Act as a personal health information delegate, upholding strict patient confidentiality at all times.
