Role Description We are looking for innovative Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team of healthcare providers. At the cutting edge of virtual care, Felix connects patients with medical professionals to help them address and treat their lifestyle health concerns. Qualifications - Nurse Practitioner licensed in Ontario (ON), preferably with cross-jurisdictional licensure. - 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience of providing patients with the best possible care. - Physically located in Canada, with an ON billing number, required for ordering laboratory testing. - Available to provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform, in addition to logging in every 24-48 hours to address patient needs. - Member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner, maintaining eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces. - Experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets. - Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs, and remote work. - Adaptable and open to change. • Spearhead the strategy for maximizing velocity, quality, and maintainability of code developed by the team, primarily utilizing Claude Code and the latest LLMs for software development. • Define and optimize workflows, tooling, and processes to ensure the developer team pushes the envelope on build speed and quality in an AI-augmented environment. • Mentor and inspire our development team by providing architectural, technical, and AI-development best-practice guidance. • Design, implement and monitor all operations and key performance indicators, including metrics and operational efficiency, from the engineering team. • Create and execute successful technological strategies that reflect and are aligned with the vision and mission of Felix. • Collaborate closely with our SVP Engineering, Product and Ops teams, helping set strategic initiatives. • Continue to build our amazing Engineering team through the recruitment of top engineering talent.
• Support healthcare practitioners with day-to-day clinical administration, including document management, scheduling, and audio/video consultation coordination. • Own file management: consolidate, update, and maintain electronic records, including labs and referrals. • Track lab requisitions end-to-end — ensuring results and documentation are received in full, following up with labs and patients when outstanding. • Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and healthcare practitioner communications. • Respond to patient inquiries and support patient care pathways in collaboration with the broader care and support teams. • Handle inbound faxes, voicemails, and other communications from external stakeholders. • Assist practitioners with editing and managing medical and insurance forms. • Perform data entry and administrative tasks in support of lab management processes. • Help maintain clinical documentation and keep training materials up to date. • Contribute to QI/QA initiatives. • Act as a personal health information delegate, upholding strict patient confidentiality at all times.
• Review marketing materials (including creative assets, copy, out-of-home campaigns, email content, social posts, and more) for compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulator guidance, providing compliant alternatives as needed • Assist in the compliance-related components of 3rd party engagement management • Assist on customer escalations and support resolution processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, customer experience, marketing, and product teams on compliance matters • Assist with regulator communication and responses, as needed • Conduct initial legal research • Create clear, accessible, compliance documentation to assist non-compliance team members in understanding and applying concepts • Support other ad hoc compliance activities

The Role We’re looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team at Felix. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR support, playing a key role in both how we hire and how we support employees throughout their lifecycle. You’ll own day-to-day recruitment execution while helping maintain the systems, processes, and data that keep our HR function running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and collaborate with a small, high-impact HR team. This role reports to the VP, HR and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment - Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions including Engineering, Data, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and coordinate structured interview processes. - Review inbound applications and proactively source candidates for harder-to-fill roles. - Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage. - Prepare and issue employment agreements ensuring a high degree of accuracy and compliance. Requirements - 3-5+ years of experience in Recruitment and, specifically, within a fast-paced Canadian tech scale-up. - Dedicated experience recruiting for roles in Engineering, Data, IT, Pharmacy, Marketing, and Finance REQUIRED. - Proven ability to build outbound talent pipelines and effectively communicate the Felix value proposition to passive candidates. - Advanced hands-on experience with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR). - A "zero-error" mindset regarding employment contracts and employee data management. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage competing priorities independently. - HR Administration experience is an asset. • Serve as a technical expert and end-to-end owner on marketing data sources, analytics infrastructure, data models, and analysis and measurement methodologies. • Build, maintain, and interpret acquisition measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, Markov Chain / advanced attribution models, and other channel performance metrics. • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and incrementality experiments for product features, marketing campaigns, and UX optimizations. • Evaluate ROI across paid and organic acquisition channels and refine performance metrics over time. • Develop, maintain, and scale in-house multi-touch attribution (MTA) models and media mix models (MMM) • Identify key audience segments within our customer base and across our verticals of care using metrics such as LTV, cross sell %, etc • Lead the development and maintenance of DBT data models and orchestrations, ensuring accuracy, modularity, and performance optimization • Create automated, self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions that empower stakeholders to explore key metrics • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to translate business questions into analytical tasks, interpreting results for both technical and non-technical audiences.
