• Support the development and maintenance of the businesses' recovery plans • Engage with partners to understand risk policies and collaborate • Act as Risk SME on new ATM Channel initiatives • Support the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment process • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the ATM Channel compliance issues
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or relevant industry or risk and compliance management experience and/or accreditation
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience working in front-line operations groups, especially Fraud or Insider Threat Management
- Understanding of risk policies and collaboration skills
- Understanding of the risk management landscape and disciplines at TD

• Operationalize privacy and governance policies through procedures, playbooks, and workflows. • Manage data subject rights requests (access, deletion, correction, opt-out). • Partner with IT and Security to enforce retention schedules, deletion processes, and records management. • Run Privacy Risk Management including Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and maintaining the Records of Processing Activities (RoPA). • Run DPIAs, LIAs, and other risk assessments; maintain risk registers. • Coordinate incident response with Security and Legal. • Monitor compliance metrics and prepare reports for leadership. • Deliver privacy and information governance training to employees. • Serve as first-line contact for business teams on privacy and data handling questions.
