Role Description Join our Commercial Finance team as a Financial Analyst II and play a central role in driving revenue insight and operational excellence across our global commercial organization. You’ll own standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis, track revenue growth, and manage the end-to-end Americas commissions process—from sales reporting to accurate, compliant payment calculations. You’ll also consolidate and report channel partner rebate data and provide important backup support across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This is a hands-on opportunity to broaden your commercial finance experience on a global scale and make a visible impact on business performance. Location: Remote What you will be doing: - Manage the Americas commissions process in collaboration with Sales, HR, IT, and Commercial Finance to ensure accuracy of sales reporting and compliance with the commission plan in final payment calculations. - Compile monthly rebate data from the Americas channel partners and conduct monthly audit to ensure accuracy of reporting and payments. - Utilize distributor sales data to develop opportunity reporting on lost customer or product gap analysis. - Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to gather data and understand business operations to assist in the development and implementation of tools, which will improve efficiency, accuracy, and drive automation of key financial reports and processes. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to identify key drivers and trends affecting financial performance. - Assist with the Commercial Monthly Business Reviews, forecasting, and budgeting processes as needed. - Perform other ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. - 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques. - Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions) are required. - Experience with reporting software (e.g., SAP, Power BI, SQL, Incorta). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Requirements - The hiring range for this position is: $65,000-$85,000 plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
