Role Description ServiceNow is looking for a Manager, GEO/AIO & LLM Optimization focused to join our SEO & AIO team within Digital Growth & Delivery. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on advancing ServiceNow's visibility across AI-powered discovery surfaces including LLM-driven answers, AI Overviews, conversational search, and agentic experiences. Qualifications - 5–8 years of hands-on SEO/GEO/AIO experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI search optimization or answer engine strategies. - Deep familiarity with how LLMs retrieve, cite, and surface brand content — and a proven ability to optimize for those behaviors. - Proficiency with enterprise GEO/AIO measurement tools, specifically Profound, and AirOps for Share of Model tracking and AI citation analysis. - Hands-on experience with Botify for technical SEO crawling, log file analysis, and JavaScript rendering diagnostics. - Working knowledge of Semrush and/or Ahrefs for competitive analysis, keyword modeling, and share of voice tracking. - Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Search Console for performance measurement and executive reporting. - Strong grasp of technical SEO fundamentals: structured data/schema (JSON-LD), Core Web Vitals, crawl efficiency, and JavaScript rendering. - Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable recommendations with demonstrated business impact. - Strong written communication — able to distill complex GEO/AI search concepts for executive and cross-functional audiences. - Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
