Role Description Wir wachsen schnell und mit uns wächst die Komplexität unserer Planung. Als Demand Planner bei Glow25 bist du die zentrale Instanz, die aus Marktsignalen, Kampagnendaten und Vertriebsinputs eine belastbare, entscheidungsfähige Nachfragebasis formt. Du arbeitest im Herzen unseres S&OP-Prozesses, vernetzt Commercial, SCM und Finance miteinander und sorgst dafür, dass alle auf derselben Datenbasis planen. Wenn du Lust hast, Strukturen mitzugestalten, Methoden weiterzuentwickeln und in einem dynamischen Umfeld wirklich etwas zu bewegen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. - Du erstellst den monatlichen 12-Monats-Rolling-Forecast auf Basis von Marktdaten, Promotions und historischen Mustern. - Du übernimmst die Ownership des Demand Reviews und bereitest alle relevanten Unterlagen strukturiert auf. - Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit dem Commercial-Team ab, um Kampagnen- und Forecast-Inputs zu integrieren. - Du implementierst unser Demand Planning Tool und trägst aktiv zum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung der Systemlogik bei. - Du entwickelst Szenarioanalysen, um unterschiedliche Planungsannahmen transparent und entscheidungsfähig zu machen. - Du trackst relevante KPIs wie MAPE und Bias und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab. - Du erstellst KPI-Reports und Decision-Log-Einträge, die eine nachvollziehbare Planungshistorie sicherstellen. - Du bringst dich aktiv in den wöchentlichen S&OE- sowie den monatlichen S&OP-Prozess ein. Qualifications - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Statistik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. - Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Demand Planning, Supply Chain oder einem verwandten Planungsumfeld mit. - Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Demand Planning Tools und weißt, idealerweise in Verbindung mit D2C-Modellen und Digitalen Plattformen. - Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise hast du bereits mit Reybex oder vergleichbaren Systemen gearbeitet. - Du kennst dich mit Excel und BI-Tools aus und kannst Daten strukturiert aufbereiten und visualisieren. - Du hast Erfahrung im S&OP- und S&OE-Prozess und weißt, wie du in cross-funktionalen Teams effektiv zusammenarbeitest. - Du bist vertraut mit relevanten Forecast-KPIs wie MAPE und Bias und kannst diese methodisch sauber interpretieren. - Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1), schriftlich wie mündlich.
