Role Description We’re looking for a GenAI Art Director who will use the Pencil platform to deliver high quality, high performing ads to either enterprise clients or small businesses. You will require deep experience with GenAI tools and what they can do for the advertising industry and for marketing clients, as well as the positivity, energy, and lateral problem solving to explore and expand techniques to push beyond any perceived creative limitations. Doing this successfully will deliver impact for our clients and fame for your work, as well as make you one of the leading voices of the GenAI revolution. Together with your team, you will develop digital concepts, art direction, and assets that demonstrate exemplary standards in craft, whilst adhering to the client’s brand guidelines. Experience in Adobe After Effects / Motion graphics is required. What you will be doing: - Must be a leader overseeing a team of creatives for both copy and design. - Art direct and produce high standards in craft and innovative work across platforms. - A love of design, motion graphics, and storytelling while best demonstrating GenAI capabilities within a systematic GenAI delivery process. - Be accountable for the full creative process from concept to execution. - Manage the preparation of all finished artwork files that will comply with the correct output specifications. - Ensure all design work is aligned with the latest digital requirements and social trends. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Work with our Training team to actively explore, implement, and explain new GenAI techniques to help our wider user base achieve high quality creative outputs. - Work with our Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features and provide feedback to drive platform improvements. Qualifications - Strong in ideation and concepting from big ideas to digital and social campaigns. - Strong art direction and visualisation skills from static to motion. - Good understanding of the digital landscape and social assets development. - Strong typographic skills. - A highly creative integrated designer that can positively influence client briefs with your innovative ideas. - Confident in bringing your own ideas and creativity to projects whilst working within a broad range of design guidelines across a variety of artwork collateral. - Understanding of design principles and an awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends. - Effectively organising and prioritising workload to manage timely client delivery. - Excellent Adobe CS skills.
