About the Staff Software Engineer Position: We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical lead for one of our product groups. This role combines deep technical execution with team-level technical leadership — you'll be the engineering anchor for your team, driving technical direction, raising the quality bar, and helping your teammates deliver at their best. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, contribute to the technical roadmap, and directly impact the success of our platform and the supply chain industry. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI). • Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows. • Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to create and optimize integration processes. • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability. • Monitor integration processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance. • Provide technical support and timely issue resolution for integration-related incidents and service requests. • Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and maintainable. • Document integration processes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
