• Administer health and retirement programs by supporting eligibility processing and payroll deductions • Perform routine audits of eligibility files and vendor databases • Support absence management processes by coordinating with Coworker Relations • Assist with preparation of compliance documentation and support government filings and audits • Support annual enrollment activities by assisting with system testing and post-enrollment audits • Recommend improvements to existing procedures and contribute to process refinement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on benefits administration experience in a large, high-growth organization
- Working knowledge of government regulations applicable to benefit programs (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA)
- Experience with multi-state operations and self-funded programs/plans is a plus
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle experience desirable
- Advanced Excel skills
