Role Description The Application Analyst I is a junior builder dedicated to supporting Mayo Clinic's citizen developer program. This role coaches citizen developers using UiPath StudioX, answers day-to-day build questions, reviews citizen-built automations against program standards, and contributes hands-on automation builds when needed. It is an excellent on-ramp for a developer who wants to grow in UiPath and AI enablement while actively coaching others. - Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns. - Review citizen-built automations for quality, safety, security, and alignment to program standards. - Build hands-on automations where citizen-dev capacity or complexity requires professional support. - Support citizen developer onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events. - Maintain and improve citizen developer templates, reusable components, and documentation. - Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations; escalate appropriately. - Contribute to AI Enablement activities by supporting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers. - Grow technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled work.
