Regional Site Manager, Operations

SBA Communications

• Responsible for the "on site" management, operation, and regulatory compliance for all SBA sites within their assigned geographic area • Manage safety by ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance for all assigned assets • Inform Area Operations Director of asset management issues and work to resolve any issues impacting tower safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance • Perform and record site safety and compliance inspections in accordance with FAA/FCC and safety regulations • Manage the timely resolution of trouble tickets • Represent the Company in managing relationships with Ground Owners

Job Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years of field operations experience
  • Valid Government Issued Driver's License

Role Description We are seeking a VP of Operations to lead our US Operations organization. This is a high-impact role for a strategic builder . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling the operational infrastructure that supports Exodigo’s rapid expansion in the US market. Key Responsibilities - Product ownership: Full ownership of project success and high-quality client deliverables. - Process Execution & Oversight: Maintain a "Control Tower" view while supporting the creation of systems and dashboards for ongoing projects. - Operational Architecture & Strategy: Own the "Project Process" and continuously improve operational procedures. - Budget Ownership: Create, track, and optimize the annual Operations budget, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation. - Strategic Sales Partner: Serve as the primary Operations POC for all strategic sales processes, ensuring feasibility and providing critical inputs. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive knowledge sharing and alignment within the Ops organization and across other departments. - Data-Driven Performance: Establish and measure operational KPIs to identify gaps and improve efficiency. Qualifications - Must possess a Professional Engineering (PE) License. - 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in major infrastructure projects (Utilities, Transportation, or Government sectors). - Experience in a high-growth environment where you had to create processes rather than just follow them. - Strong background in cost estimating, scheduling, and executing engineering on large-scale projects. - Ability to work seamlessly with international teams and foster a strong connection with our HQ in Israel. - Advanced degree in Engineering, Construction, or Technology is preferred. - Ability to travel up to 25% for project oversight and client interaction. Requirements - Exceptional ability to manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and technical professionals. - Elite ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear strategic insights for both clients and internal leadership. - A passion for fostering new technologies and innovations within traditional infrastructure sectors.
