Role Description Nous recherchons un talent capable de piloter le cycle de vente de A à Z avec une rigueur technique et commerciale absolue. - Closing Intensif : Contacter et relancer quotidiennement des prospects qualifiés pour conclure les ventes. - Qualification Technique : Vérifier la faisabilité des projets (estimation kWc, type de bâtiment, présence de compteur STEG). - Pilotage Terrain : Coordonner les installateurs partenaires, gérer les visites techniques et assurer la réception des devis. - Suivi Opérationnel : Assurer l'avancement rigoureux des dossiers administratifs et du raccordement. Qualifications - Formation technique supérieure (ISET/BTS) en Génie Électrique, Énergétique ou Énergies Renouvelables. - Expérience concrète et vérifiable dans le secteur photovoltaïque tunisien. - Tempérament de "closer": résilience au téléphone, excellente gestion des objections et forte capacité de persuasion. - Autonomie totale et discipline de fer pour le travail à distance avec un reporting quotidien strict.
