Integrated Master Scheduler

Role Description CACI is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to support our Maritime Industrial Base Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and managing complex scheduling activities that align with program and project requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking key deliverables, and ensuring synchronization across cross-functional teams. Your expertise in scheduling methodologies, data analysis, and risk assessments will drive operational efficiency and project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment with program objectives, deliverables, and contractual obligations. - Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Order (POs) data to identify LOE vendor deliverables and integrate them into a master schedule. - Capture and document meetings, reviews, and conferences, compiling a monthly, quarterly, and annual rhythm schedule to align with stakeholder expectations. - Monitor execution against milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies. - Conduct critical path analyses, schedule slack assessments, Schedule Risk Assessments, and predecessor/successor networking analyses to evaluate project health and improve forecasting accuracy. - Establish input/output rhythms and schedule update processes to ensure seamless coordination and timely decision-making. - Develop and manage a comprehensive deliverables tracking system to monitor all obligations owed through POs and contracts. - Support long-term roadmap development, review, and revision cycles to enhance strategic planning efforts. - Provide reporting, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Qualifications - Active SECRET Clearance. - 5–10 years of relevant scheduling or project management experience with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree (additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement). - Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain schedules for complex projects in a high-paced, mission-critical environment. - Strong analytical skills with experience in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), risk analysis, and scheduling methodologies. - Proficiency in scheduling software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent IMS tools. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400-$143,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
