Role Description Currently seeking Acute Care Registered Nurse with Leadership experience in quality, accreditation and/or regulations. Experience working in a Pediatric hospital/Health Care facility and/or Children's Specialized Services area. - The RN Field Representative surveys health care organizations throughout the United States. - Applies systems analysis skills and inductive reasoning skills to determine health care organizations' degree of compliance with applicable standards and functionality of care delivery systems. - Engages health care organization staff in interactive dialogues on standards-based issues in health care to assess compliance and to identify opportunities for improving compliance. - Prepares management reports that clearly link individual standards deficiencies with potential systems vulnerabilities and related organization risk points. - Effectively communicates this information to health care organization leadership in a constructive and collegial style. - Participates in other Joint Commission activities as assigned by supervisor. #LI-REMOTE Qualifications - Graduate of approved school of nursing and hold a master’s degree in appropriate discipline. - Current professional license in discipline required at time of hire and must be maintained throughout the duration of employment. - Must hold a CPHQ certification (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) through National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) at time of hire or attain by 12/31/28. - Five years of recent health care experience, including 3 years of direct clinical experience in pediatric care settings, and 3 years of accreditation, certification leadership or senior management experience. - Contemporary knowledge of and experience in health care operations, clinical practice, use of performance improvement methods to assess organizational performance, and current research and trends relative to health care practices. - Knowledge of Joint Commission standards with direct involvement in two Joint Commission surveys. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal, interviewing, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. - Part-time candidates must be available to work two weeks (.48 FTE) or three weeks (.7 FTE) per month and provide two or three weeks of availability for scheduling purposes. Full-time is also available requiring four weeks of availability. - All positions require 100% nationwide travel. Requirements - Must be able to observe, in real time and without slowing or otherwise interrupting the progress of all applicable types of ongoing health care treatment. - Standing for long periods of time, walking lengthy distances, lifting, climbing, stooping, pulling, and pushing to adequately inspect and observe all medical facilities, equipment, and procedures. - Must be able to engage in extensive travel, including driving a car to remote locations, flying on small airplanes and into small airports, traveling in all types of weather conditions. • Lead execution of the compliance program charter, annual plan, and maturity roadmap in partnership with ERM leadership, Legal, and other key stakeholders. • Provide practical compliance guidance and implementation support to business leaders and teams, coordinating closely with partners to align with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards. • Design, deliver, and maintain core compliance program elements, including role-based training, policy communications, risk-based monitoring, and compliance dashboards. • Lead an enterprise-wide policy inventory and cleanup initiative, establish and operate the policy governance framework, and partner with Legal and other business functions. • Own the compliance hotline, ensure privacy-related concerns are appropriately managed and tracked, and produce regular analytics on allegations and outcomes. • Implement standardized enterprise issue management and coordinate with Internal Audit and Quality to align findings management.

• Responsible for delivery of site activation readiness • Preparation of Clinical Trial Application Forms and submission dossier • Interaction with CA/EC for study purposes • Regular updates about CA and EC submissions to Start Up Lead

• Develop and carry out a risk-based internal audit plan for IT operations, security controls, and compliance processes • Conduct audits from planning through reporting, evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, policies, and procedures • Identify control gaps and IT-related risks during audits • Prepare clear audit findings reports and work with stakeholders on remediation plans • Work closely with IT, Security, Engineering, and other teams to gather evidence and facilitate audit processes • Serve as a liaison with external auditors and internal teams • Support external compliance audits and certifications • Maintain comprehensive audit workpapers and documentation repositories using a modern GRC tool • Help build audit playbooks and improve audit workflows • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging regulations
