Role Description Within our Marketing organization, the Creative Studio acts as a conduit between Native Instruments, our teams and customers. We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer (f/m/x) to join our team of designers, collaborating closely with other creatives to produce inspiring, innovative, and high-performing visuals that effectively communicate the unique benefits of the Native Instruments portfolio to our global audience of music producers. Our goal is to enable anyone to become a better producer, DJ or audio engineer and find inspiration, support and connection along the way. We inspire, empower and celebrate musical creativity and promote our brand and products while doing so. Your Contribution - Develop key artwork, logos and graphics for our products and campaigns that appear across channels such as Paid, Web and Social. - Develop designs that are forward-thinking and in-line with current design trends, utilizing a strong understanding of visual storytelling. - Maintain brand consistency throughout your work with a solid understanding of color theory, typography, and composition. - Ensure a steady flow of design assets and handle numerous projects simultaneously with expert organizational skills. Qualifications - Confident in working with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with 3D applications, After Effects, photography, and AI tools is a huge benefit. - A portfolio that showcases excellent skills and experience across a wide range of exciting, contemporary visual expressions while maintaining brand consistency. - Team-oriented, creative design enthusiast with a great affinity for marketing and a passion for music. - Fluent oral and written communication in English. - Detail-oriented with an exceptional ability to organize current projects and tasks independently. - Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners. - Positive response to constructive criticism and change requests. - A love of contemporary music and the creative culture that surrounds it is a plus.
