Role Description Um unser Amazon-Geschäft auf das nächste Level zu heben, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Senior Amazon Brand Manager*in in Vollzeit (40h/Woche), der/die unser komplettes Amazon-Business (aktuell 7-8 Mio. € Jahresumsatz) end-to-end verantwortet. Aktuell wird unser Amazon-Geschäft (7-10 Mio. € Jahresumsatz) noch extern betreut – wir sind überzeugt, dass wir mit der richtigen Person inhouse noch deutlich mehr aus diesem Kanal herausholen können. Genau hier kommst Du ins Spiel. Du bist die treibende Kraft unseres Amazon-Geschäfts und führst es wie Dein eigenes Unternehmen. Vom PPC über Content und Listings bis hin zur Sortimentsentwicklung – Du verantwortest alles, was auf Amazon passiert. Du baust die Strukturen, Prozesse und Dein eigenes Freelancer-Team von Grund auf so auf, wie Du es für richtig hältst. Aufgaben - Gesamtverantwortung für unser Amazon Geschäft (DACH-Fokus, ggf. Expansion USA) - Amazon PPC & Performance-Marketing: Strategie, Steuerung und Optimierung aller Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) inkl. DSP – du steuerst das Werbebudget eigenverantwortlich auf Profit-Ziele (TACoS, Deckungsbeitrag) - Listing- & Content-Optimierung: Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktlistings, A+ Content und Brand Stores – inkl. KI-gestützter Content- und Bildererstellung (mit Support vom internen Design-Team) - Sortimentsentwicklung: Eigenständige Recherche und Identifikation von Produkten, die als "Amazon-First" zusätzlich in unser Portfolio passen - Datenanalyse & Reporting: Monitoring aller relevanten KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, Profit, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance) und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen - Aufbau & Steuerung deines eigenen Freelancer-Teams (z.B.
