• lead the architecture and design of complex PEGA implementations • guide less experienced PEGA resources • lead collaborative efforts to produce quality systems • establish PEGA best practices, guardrails, coding standards, and reusable frameworks • oversee system integration design including legacy systems, microservices and API • lead design reviews, performance tuning, and technical optimization • mentor and guide PEGA developers and architects

• Take responsibility for and oversee all technical aspects of the assigned project from proposal award until system acceptance. • Final Design and implementation of the radio network, including infrastructure, subscribers, power systems design, equipment shelter and tower designs, and backhaul network design, including microwave, leased line, and customer-provided Ethernet networks. • Customer presentations. • System staging. • Developing system acceptance test plans and conducting system functional acceptance testing. • Radio Coverage design, analysis, testing, and interference mitigation. • Radio system licensing (FCC/Industry Canada/NTIA). • Preparation of system fleetmap and radio programming templates. • Complete system documentation. • Live system cutovers and upgrades. • Participate in design reviews with pre-sales teams. • Consultative guidance to customers, sales, and pre-sales teams. • Coordinate with the various functional teams (Project Managers, Field Engineers, Service, Sales, Product Groups) to ensure all business unit goals are addressed.

• Installing, monitoring, and upgrading UNIX system software. • Provide support for on-premise and Cloud based systems. • Creating and maintaining UNIX user accounts and access management systems. • Creating and setting standardized backup and recovery policies, as well as security policies. • Applying patches and upgrades in accordance with agreed upon schedules. • Resolution of hardware/software platform problems in complex, multi-layered environments. • Analyzing impact of software changes across other functional units. • Function as Level / Tier III support for analyzing, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions related to Unix OS technical problems.

• Contributes to completion of device engineering workstream programs and projects. • Develops solutions to a variety of complex device engineering workstream problems. • Perform complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end. • Oversees complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining biomedical and end user devices with customer. • Prepares and maintains documentation for processes and procedures related to device engineering projects. • Oversees continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems. • Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology, especially biomedical and end user devices and the Oracle Health EHR system. • Works cross-functionally with other program workstreams such as cyber and implementation. • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. • May serve as a team or task lead.
