OLIVER+
• Producing beautiful and innovative designs for digital experiences such as .com, intranet sites, emails and newsletters • Collaborate with team to execute design system work • Craft designs within existing visual systems and/or standards that leverage platform capabilities • Work with visual designers, content strategists and developers as well as project managers in Jira to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget • Support Digital Design Director with workflow process • Overseeing and managing the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specification • Pitching creative solutions in response to brand strategies to both internal and external stakeholders • Working with user interface patterns, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of digital work experience that demonstrates impeccable craft and command of creative concepts, visual concepts and design across a variety of projects
- Understanding of design principles and Responsive Design trends as well as social best practices
- Deep knowledge & production experience with integrated and digital campaigns
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc… After Effects and Lottie Create experience a bonus.
- Understanding of motion and animation for web including best practices and trends
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for composition, layout, and design systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills—able to defend design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt designs based on technical constraints, user needs, and business priorities
- User-first mindset and eagerness to push visual design forward within brand guidelines
- Comfort navigating complex, fast-paced environments with stakeholders or clients and evolving project scopes
- High level Corporate designs, print and digital projects
