• Support administrative functions related to the prioritizing and executing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Provide administrative support and help drive team initiatives • Daily use of company applications, i.e., Box, PeopleSoft, Workfront, CRM, and Quire • Reviewing project requirements and assisting with making judgements about staffing of assignments, scheduling and booking of travel for team members in the field • Coordinating with team members and clients to resolve meeting dates and times • Evaluating workloads and balancing assignments between team members • Perform clerical duties to include scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and preparation of meeting materials and notes • Complete or manage completion of various tasks determined by EPC leadership

• The Graphics Project Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the execution of various projects • Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution • Works in planning the job to service clients and fulfill their expectations • Reviews all incoming jobs and obtains job specifications from the client • Collects, analyzes and understands project requirements • Schedules and attends planning meetings with clients and production when necessary • Attends client project meetings to understand project scopes, provide updates, and maintain process • Collaborates with clients and cross-functional teams regarding timelines, workflow, process, capacity, and efficiency • Offers creative, constructive ideas and suggestions pertaining to incoming work • Updates and reviews projects in client online project management system • Advises CSRs/Production department of any special customer requirements • Ensures customer concerns or issues are addressed and followed up as necessary • Participates in customer meetings as an information source and ensures positive customer relations

• Manages and executes daily on-site activities for multiple projects. • Coordinate and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. • Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions. • Supervises the work of contractors and escalates potential risks and issues as necessary. • Prepares/updates weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Ariba projects • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality • Act as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders • Drive procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing and supplier management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants and technical teams • Ensure successful integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S/4HANA systems • Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure smooth project execution • Support change management and user adoption
