Marketing Project Manager
Foundation AI
• Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, including timelines, deliverables, and approvals. • Ensure marketing work is completed on time and aligns with brand, business goals, and timelines of events and sales-generating activities. • Manage external agencies and freelancers responsible for content, design, video, and other strategic partnerships. • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final delivery of materials with internal and external stakeholders. • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, website, events). • Coordinate campaign timing with product launches, events, and sales initiatives. • Ensure messaging consistency across all marketing assets. • Partner with sales to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and support materials. • Update materials to reflect product updates, new messaging, new and existing partnerships, and customer needs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience managing multiple projects and external partners simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or professional services marketing
- Preferred Experience in legal technology, plaintiff attorneys, litigation workflows, and/or legal operations
- Experience working with agencies, contractors, or creative vendors
- Experience supporting sales and go-to-market teams

Role Description Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Epic Implementation Project Director to join our team. As an experienced Epic Implementation Project Director at Impact Advisors, you’ll develop, implement, and communicate Epic project strategies, plans and processes, including leading large-scale Epic implementations and managing client relationships. - Taking projects from dream to delivery. - Managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Using Epic Systems for several years, managing multiple implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certification in at least one Epic module. - Contributing knowledge gained through other Healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials. - Traveling, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks. - Interacting with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings. Qualifications - 6+ years of experience of successful Epic implementations. - 6+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - 6+ years of experience developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Experience utilizing Epic Systems for several years, managing multiple implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certification in at least one Epic module. Requirements - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 6+ years of professional experience leading Epic implementations is required. - Current/Prior Epic Certification is preferred.
