Senior Construction Project Manager
Rowan Digital Infrastructure
• Responsible for actively monitoring the safety of all site infrastructure, substation and core/shell construction • General project management in all day-to-day construction activities and finances related to the project • Monthly invoicing and budgeting as well as the ability to support company finance team in monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow reporting and projecting • Ability to plan and lead OAC meetings • Work closely with Rowan pre-con, project executive, PM’s, safety and quality assurance team members • Develop trusting relationships with clients, JHA’s, GC’s, sub-contractors to aid in the successful delivery of the project • Conduct weekly/daily delay surveys to maintain CPM schedule and work with PMs to update schedule in real-time • Work with Rowan team members as we approach substantial completion to assemble all close out documents, O&M manuals and warranty/preventive maintenance agreements
Job Requirements
- Relevant college degree or commiserate relevant experience
- Relevant Construction PM experience for a decently sized general contractor
- Spent time in construction trailers
- PMP
- OSHA training
- Background in Data Center development
- Familiarity with large projects in a high volume environment
- Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
- Proficient in Procore and other construction management software
- Working knowledge of green building practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
