• Enable smooth, high-quality execution by orchestrating intake and safeguarding scope. • Drive clear communication with requestors and execution teams; set expectations and close feedback loops. • Serve as the primary intake contact for requests across functions (e.g., marketing, medical). • Validate scope, clarify requirements, and ensure high-quality briefs prior to assignment. • Promote accurate Jira records and reporting. • Identify reuse opportunities and process optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
  • Business-level English reading and writing proficiency.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office.

Role Description Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Epic Implementation Project Director to join our team. As an experienced Epic Implementation Project Director at Impact Advisors, you’ll develop, implement, and communicate Epic project strategies, plans and processes, including leading large-scale Epic implementations and managing client relationships. - Taking projects from dream to delivery. - Managing medium to large-scale projects with medium to high complexity, including planning, budgeting, resource management, deliverables development, timelines, issues and risks. - Developing new business within the project, identifying new business elsewhere in the client environment and assisting with developing proposals, RFPs, etc. - Using Epic Systems for several years, managing multiple implementations and cross-functional teams and utilizing certification in at least one Epic module. - Contributing knowledge gained through other Healthcare vendor knowledge, certifications and/or credentials. - Traveling, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks. - Interacting with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.
