Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute a comprehensive territory and account plans managing approximately 30 existing Enterprise customers (7.5k employees and above) in the UKI region. - Identify and qualify business opportunities and build a robust pipeline. - Prospecting/Business Development within Customer Accounts: - Developing and communicating effective business plans for key customers to establish UKG as a strategic long-term partner. - Building business-focused relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs, and potential solutions for individual accounts. - Generate incremental business within existing accounts through selling additional licenses, modules across the organization, or new solutions. - Solution Selling: - Demonstrate a deep understanding of UKG’s workforce management, HCM, and Payroll solutions. - Tailor presentations and proposals to address the unique requirements of each prospect. - Coordinating and directing appropriate pre-sales, professional services, partners, and other support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients. - Relationship Building: - Build and nurture existing and develop new relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer accounts. - Act as a trusted advisor by providing thought leadership and strategic guidance. - Reporting & Forecasting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and Clari. - Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership on sales performance and progress. Qualifications - Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, HCM, workforce management, and/or global payroll solutions. - Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region. - Experience in managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders. Requirements - Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English. - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
