Proposal Consultant III
MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc.
• Ensure proposals are developed strategically, timely, and completely • Support proposal leadership and development team with peer review responsibilities • Analyze each RFP and RFI assigned • Complete each RFP and RFI assigned • Manage internal communication related to each project • Utilize proposal database, department processes, and SMEs to write and coordinate proposal responses • Develop high quality proposals that comply with all requirements • Complete color team reviews aligned with internal timelines • Proofread and perform quality assurance checks on all documents • Identify opportunities for improvement in workflow processes
Job Requirements
- BS/BA and 7+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of SME in respective areas
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using proposal automation software and CRM preferred
- APMP or Shipley certification preferred
