We started Pairtu after years of fighting the system for our own families—Arian's mom is beating pancreatic cancer today because he learned to hack insurance rules nobody explains. Our vision: everyone deserves a fighter like that. Today we mix smart software with human advocates to guide Medicare patients through diagnoses, bills, and care plans. Investors from Omada, Oscar, and UnitedHealthcare believe in the mission—and in the scrappy team of <10 building it. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs with successful exits and deep healthcare + tech expertise. Backed by top-tier investors and advisors, including founders and executives from Oscar Health, Omada, Galileo, One Medical, Ro, United, Uber, and Postmates. We move fast and execute with purpose, operating with a lean, impact-driven mindset. We're guided by principles of conscious leadership, a commitment to getting things done (GSD), and a focus on achieving results through hard work, rapid iteration, and swift execution. Pairtu is a fast-moving, high-impact startup where chaos is the norm, and ownership is key. There's no playbook—some days, you'll put out fires; other days, you'll build from scratch. If you thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and solve problems without waiting for direction, you'll fit right in. If you need structure and predictability or 'need to be a manager' this isn't for you. The upside? You'll level up and have growth, work with an elite, A+ team, and make a real impact as we scale. This isn't a corporate place, be advised. Our Vision + Culture: We envision a future where every American has access to a personal healthcare navigator. Our platform is designed to democratize healthcare navigation, offering tools and resources that were previously unavailable to many. By addressing the challenges faced by patient advocates and those navigating chronic diseases or healthcare illiteracy, we're paving the way for a more inclusive and accessible healthcare system. Culture: Human connection: We're bringing healthy human relating into the world as a healing modality, and we prioritize healthy relating within our team and in everything we do. Playful creativity: We bring levity, fun, and playfulness to our work. Excellence: in executing, thinking, writing, and communicating. Stop the ego: hard conversations and ripping the bandaid earlier than later. Uplift each other. Outwork smartly, competitive for our customers: Impact is driven that's measured on driving benefit to the end customer. Pairtu is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of their background. Join us in transforming healthcare navigation.

Role Description Lead rack systems planning across internal stakeholders; key component vendors and ODM partners. You will drive demand and supply alignment for rack programs, orchestrate cross-BU and engineering collaboration on rack-scale critical BOM components, build trusted relationships with ODM partners, and support development and execution of partner contractual agreements that translate plans into reliable delivery. Key Responsibilities - Demand & supply alignment with rack partners - Own the integrated planning view for rack systems across all rack partners: demand signals, build/ship plans, constraints, and risks. - Establish a repeatable operating cadence (forecasts, allocation discussions, change control, escalation) so partner plans stay aligned with BU priorities and customer commitments. - Translate partner and program status into clear leadership visibility (green/yellow/red, decisions required) - Rack-scale critical BOM — cross-BU and engineering collaboration - Drive cross-functional and cross-BU collaboration to identify, prioritize, and manage rack-scale critical BOM items (e.g., mechanical/electrical integration points, cable/cartridge-class dependencies, CPU/NIC adjacencies, and other shared commodities as defined by the program). - Ensure one coherent plan across engineering, platform teams, and supply partners: ownership, timelines, alternates, and risk mitigations. - Partner with supply chain / operations counterparts to connect technical choices to buildable, shippable outcomes. - ODM partner relationships - Build and sustain strong, executive-trust relationships with ODM partners (e.g., planning leads, program management, operations). - Represent the BU as a credible planning counterpart: prepared, consistent, and focused on predictable execution. - Partner agreements — development and execution - Partner with Business Development, Legal, and Finance as needed to shape contractual frameworks that reflect planning realities (capacity, flexibility, milestones, liability/guardrails as applicable). - Support negotiation inputs (assumptions, scenarios, operational terms) and drive post-signature execution discipline: what gets tracked, how variances are managed, and how disputes are escalated. - Ensure contract intent shows up in weekly/monthly operating mechanisms, not only in documents. - Leadership & enablement - Define metrics, dashboards, and review forums appropriate for rack planning maturity. - Mentor and develop direct or matrix partners; scale the model as headcount allows. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus. - Deep experience in hardware program management, supply planning, ODM/JDM engagement, or data center/server platform operations. - Demonstrated success aligning demand and supply across external manufacturing partners in complex, multi-SKU environments. - Proven ability to drive cross-organizational execution (engineering + operations + business stakeholders) on technical dependencies and delivery commitments. - Experience contributing to commercial agreements (SOWs, supply agreements, statement of work changes, operational exhibits)—partnership with Legal/BD expected; you are not required to be an attorney. - Excellent communication, negotiation support, and executive storytelling.
