Events Coordinator

• Support end-to-end execution across a global portfolio of events, including flagship conferences, trade shows, executive programs, and partner activations • Assist in delivering high-visibility experiences at Tier 1 events such as RSA Conference and Black Hat, as well as SentinelOne-owned programs like OneCon and PartnerOne • Coordinate logistics across multiple event formats including booths, meeting programs, offsites, and hosted experiences • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workbacks to ensure cross-functional alignment and on-time delivery • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Comms) and external vendors to execute against defined goals • Manage event documentation including run-of-shows, staffing plans, and onsite logistics • Support event registration and attendee management via platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce • Assist in tracking key performance metrics including attendance, meetings, and engagement • Maintain data hygiene across systems and contribute to post-event reporting and insights • Track budgets, process POs, and support invoice reconciliation in partnership with procurement and finance teams • Manage vendor communications, estimates, and deliverables to ensure quality and cost efficiency • Support meeting programs and scheduling (e.g., executive briefings, onsite meetings) using tools like Jifflenow • Help coordinate sales-facing logistics to maximize customer and prospect engagement onsite

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting B2B events, including financial management, project management and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven use of AI tools to increase speed, scale, and efficiency across event planning, operations, and attendee engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, global event calendar
  • Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., JiffleNow, Cvent, Splash) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Creative thinker with a focus on delivering engaging and results-driven experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Financial discipline with experience tracking budgets and managing invoices
  • Comfortable with travel for larger events (RSA, BlackHat, OneCon etc)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed around event schedules
