CRM Associate

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle and retention programs using automation, segmentation, and personalization • Design and execute A/B tests across channels, analyze results, and share actionable insights and learnings with the broader marketing team • Manage and maintain the CRM calendar, prioritizing and triaging incoming campaign requests • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing
  • High proficiency and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Simon Data) and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, Push, SMS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail that can catch even the most minor mistake
  • Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality, that is always ideating more ways to be operationally efficient and scale marketing programs
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Role Description Manage a team dedicated to executing Natera’s billing strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Marketing, or Business related field. - Required – 5(+) years of Healthcare experience. - Experience with insurance claims submission and management software (experience with Xifin, AMD, and LIMS platform a plus). - Thorough knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement environment (government and private payers), including coverage, coding, and payment and understanding of insurance billing practices. - Demonstrated ability to use analytics to develop, analyze payments, and diagnose issues. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong computer skills.
