Senior Communications Program Manager – Executive Communications

• Develop and execute communication plans that support transformation initiatives, business priorities, and organizational programs. • Create compelling content for multiple internal channels, including newsletters, executive updates, presentations, internal sites, email communications, awareness campaigns, and leadership materials. • Build executive-ready presentations, summaries, status updates, year-end reviews, and leadership briefing materials. • Translate complex technical, operational, or transformation-related information into clear, business-friendly messaging for broad and executive audiences. • Partner with program managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and subject matter experts to gather inputs, align messaging, and ensure communications are accurate and impactful. • Manage recurring communication programs such as monthly updates, organizational newsletters, awareness campaigns, knowledge-sharing sessions, demos, and employee engagement communications. • Own workback schedules, deadlines, stakeholder reviews, and content approval processes to ensure timely delivery. • Build, maintain, and optimize internal digital communication spaces to improve content discoverability and employee engagement. • Create structured navigation, topic-based content sections, and user-friendly layouts for internal communication platforms. • Ensure messaging is consistent across email, internal sites, collaboration tools, employee engagement platforms, and other enterprise communication channels. • Provide communications guidance to project teams on how to effectively socialize initiatives and increase awareness. • Use modern productivity, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, reporting, and communication workflows. • Continuously improve communication processes, templates, rhythms, and overall execution quality.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, program management, executive communications, marketing communications, internal communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience creating executive-level communications, leadership materials, business updates, presentations, and stakeholder-facing content.
  • 10+ years of experience managing programs, workstreams, communication plans, content calendars, stakeholder inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong experience interfacing with senior leaders and developing materials for executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to create polished, visually engaging presentation decks and leadership-ready storytelling assets.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and messaging skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience translating complex business, technical, or transformation topics into clear and engaging communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and communication channels simultaneously.
  • Fluency with Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise environment.
  • Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and quickly ramp up with minimal direction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent training preferred.
