Role Description We're looking for a part-time Senior Content Specialist with a strong understanding of what makes LinkedIn content perform. This role supports a high-profile individual with an established LinkedIn presence and an extensive content library. You will: - Design graphics, quote cards, and carousels built specifically for LinkedIn. - Help repurpose existing posts with fresh visuals. - Contribute to first-draft copy using AI-assisted writing tools with real editorial judgment. This is not a general graphic design role. You need to: - Understand the LinkedIn environment specifically. - Know what a strong post looks like. - Proof your own work without being asked repeatedly. If you are someone who studies what is working on LinkedIn, brings ideas proactively, and communicates consistently without needing to be chased, this role is a strong fit. Qualifications - Proven experience designing content specifically for LinkedIn, not just general social media. - Strong eye for typography, layout, and what makes a graphic scroll-stopping on a professional platform. - Obsessive attention to detail: you catch errors before they are ever seen, not after. - Familiarity with AI writing tools and the judgment to know when output is good and when it needs work. - Proactive communicator who gives consistent updates and does not go silent. - Learning mindset: you research, test, and bring back what you find without being directed to do so. - Reliable and consistent: deadlines are met, communication is clear, and nothing falls through. Requirements - Design platform-native graphics including quote cards, carousels, and visual posts optimized for LinkedIn engagement. - Apply strong typographic hierarchy, layout discipline, and visual clarity to every asset. - Ensure every deliverable is proofread and polished before it is submitted, catching spelling errors and typos independently using both AI tools and your own eyes. - Adapt design style based on what is performing well on the platform. - Review an existing library of hundreds of LinkedIn posts and identify strong candidates for repurposing. - Redesign and repackage older content with updated graphics and fresh presentation. - Build a repeatable repurposing workflow that keeps the content calendar active without starting from scratch every time. - Stay current on what is working on LinkedIn for creators and thought leaders in similar spaces. - Proactively bring ideas and observations to the table without waiting to be asked. - Research formatting trends, engagement patterns, and content types that are gaining traction. - Draft first versions of LinkedIn posts using AI writing tools with genuine editorial judgment. - Refine AI-generated drafts into posts that sound human, credible, and on-brand. Benefits - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th). - Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy. - Observance of Holidays per company guidelines. - 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive. - Part-time role with flexible hours and clear creative ownership. - Direct collaboration with a high-profile LinkedIn creator on content that reaches a large professional audience. How to Apply Please include: - Your updated resume. - A portfolio link showing LinkedIn-specific design work including graphics, carousels, or quote cards. - A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through one LinkedIn graphic you are proud of and why it works, and describing how you stay current on what is performing well on the platform. Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process. Application Process Overview Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: - Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions. - Video Introduction - Record a video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience. - Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable). - Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team. - Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment. - Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting. - Background & Reference Check - Professional reference verification. - Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team.
