Role Description We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst with geoscience domain experience to work with global development teams from Europe, Canada, and the US. You will be involved in ensuring software quality, reliability, and user satisfaction throughout the entire development process, from initial planning through deployment and post-delivery support to the client. You will collaborate closely with all members of the Agile development team to ultimately deliver low-risk, high-quality software solutions. Role Description AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is looking for a Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant formerly (DIDD Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities), ECF, and CLS experience who can review our programmatic work ensuring compliance with Tennessee state standards. Plus assist with the corrections that are needed for our Agency. This is a Contract Part-Time Consultant work-from-home position, for 10 to 15 hours per week. • Monitors timeliness with Appeals and Grievances data • Reviews case work end-to-end, ensuring workflow procedures are met to achieve Star Measure goals • Analyzes and validates accuracy of Appeals and Grievance data according to plan business and CMS regulatory technical reporting requirements • Validates and assists with enforcing that all complaint types are processed according to plan procedure and in compliance with the CMS guidelines • Produces departmental quality performance reports for management review • Manipulates and analyzes data from multiple report sources for quality review • Assists with the preparation of audit universes and case samples • Identifies training opportunities and potential system and process improvements relating to appeals and grievance data • Assists with training and systems applications User Agreement Testing (UAT) • Participates in departmental and regulatory compliance audits • Maintains confidentiality and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance to ensure Protection of Health Information (PHI)
