Role Description CACI is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to support our Maritime Industrial Base Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and managing complex scheduling activities that align with program and project requirements. You will play a critical role in maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), tracking key deliverables, and ensuring synchronization across cross-functional teams. Your expertise in scheduling methodologies, data analysis, and risk assessments will drive operational efficiency and project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment with program objectives, deliverables, and contractual obligations. - Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Order (POs) data to identify LOE vendor deliverables and integrate them into a master schedule. - Capture and document meetings, reviews, and conferences, compiling a monthly, quarterly, and annual rhythm schedule to align with stakeholder expectations. - Monitor execution against milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies. - Conduct critical path analyses, schedule slack assessments, Schedule Risk Assessments, and predecessor/successor networking analyses to evaluate project health and improve forecasting accuracy. - Establish input/output rhythms and schedule update processes to ensure seamless coordination and timely decision-making. - Develop and manage a comprehensive deliverables tracking system to monitor all obligations owed through POs and contracts. - Support long-term roadmap development, review, and revision cycles to enhance strategic planning efforts. - Provide reporting, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Qualifications - Active SECRET Clearance. - 5–10 years of relevant scheduling or project management experience with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree (additional years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement). - Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain schedules for complex projects in a high-paced, mission-critical environment. - Strong analytical skills with experience in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), risk analysis, and scheduling methodologies. - Proficiency in scheduling software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent IMS tools. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400-$143,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. • Act as an Agile Coach supporting organizational agile transformation • Provide individual coaching (leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters) using models such as GROW, structured feedback, and behavioral techniques • Coach agile teams, addressing dysfunctions, maturity progression, and competency development • Facilitate agile ceremonies and scaling events (e.g., PI Planning, retrospectives, reviews) • Plan and support the execution of Program Increments (PI) • Define and communicate agile schedules (iterations and increments) • Promote a Lean-Agile culture and a continuous improvement mindset • Support leaders and stakeholders in value-driven decision making • Foster collaboration between teams, architecture, and business areas • Manage and optimize the value flow using practices such as Kanban and information radiators • Implement and evolve scaled agile frameworks

• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes. • Help teams develop effective ways of planning, collaborating, and inspecting and adapting their work. • Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) while encouraging increasing team ownership of these activities. • Guide teams in identifying improvement opportunities and experimenting with new ways of working. • Partner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes. • Identify impediments to team progress and help address them at the team, program, or organizational level. • Encourage transparency and coach teams to use metrics and feedback to improve predictability and flow. • Foster strong collaboration among developers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders. • Support the broader organization in understanding and evolving Agile ways of working.

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve. • Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs. • Conduct quarterly team health checks and maturity assessments. • Guide teams in applying lean and agile principles to improve delivery. • Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders. • Mediate conflicts and support team dynamics to ensure a healthy team environment. • Support onboarding and agile adoption for new team members and teams. • Identify and remove impediments to team progress. • Leverage empirical data to drive continuous improvement. • Prepare and present sprint reports including velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics. • Build and maintain workflows and automation to enhance team efficiency. • Collaborate with product teams on backlog management, coaching on prioritization best practices. • Assist in roadmap development and release forecasting using agile metrics. • Promote best practices in lean, iterative software delivery. • Build foundational product knowledge to provide targeted coaching and help bridge gaps between teams working on related features.
