Job Requirements
- First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role on a software development team
- Strong understanding of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement
- Ability to distinguish Scrum practices from non-Scrum practices
- Experience with Agile delivery techniques such as Epics, User Stories, Velocity, and Burndown metrics
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, or SAFe
- Experience supporting medical device or regulated software development, including documentation
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400-$143,700.
