• Support and execute par level management for consignment and warehouse inventory locations across the US network • Maintain, adjust, and monitor inventory levels using data-driven analysis • Assist with order governance by monitoring order activity • Provide analytical insights that support service levels, budget targets, and inventory efficiency • Work with Area Business Analysts, IPMs, BOMs, and other field stakeholders to review par levels and support inventory needs • Follow defined analytical logic and governance practices to document and support par level changes • Review CRT orders to ensure alignment with established par levels, budget expectations, and inventory turns • Monitor open and pending orders, support order closure, and identify potential supply or fulfillment risks • Build and maintain Ops Intelligence reporting related to par levels, order activity, and performance versus budget

• Manage purchasing data and develop logistics solutions • Forecast and analyze volume from different regions • Negotiate rates with carriers for the assigned trade lane • Follow, implement and monitor the operational KPI from Asia operation • Manage projects to ensure OTD with tracking, expedite and coordination • Responsible for sourcing data management in SAP and other digital tools • Work with suppliers on shipping arrangement, transit time estimation, packaging solutions

• You create the monthly 12‑month rolling forecast based on market data, promotions and historical patterns. • You take ownership of the Demand Review and prepare all relevant documentation in a structured way. • You coordinate regularly with the Commercial team to incorporate campaign and forecast inputs. • You implement our demand planning tool and actively contribute to building and improving the system logic. • You develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision‑ready. • You track relevant KPIs such as MAPE and Bias and derive actionable recommendations. • You produce KPI reports and decision‑log entries that ensure a traceable planning history. • You actively contribute to the weekly S&OE and the monthly S&OP processes.
