- Identify, research, and contact influencers aligned with the brand across different niches and audiences - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers - Negotiate collaborations, partnerships, barter deals, and paid campaigns - Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign expectations with influencers - Review influencer content before publishing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines - Maintain and organize an influencer database with active and potential collaborators - Create, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok Ads - Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets when needed - Track campaign metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversions - Support online shop growth through paid advertising strategies - Work closely with the Brand Designer to help organize and plan social media content - Bring creative ideas for reels, TikToks, campaigns, and trending content - Help structure monthly content plans aligned with the brand strategy - Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends relevant to the wellness/beverage industry - Write briefs, content ideas, captions, and creative direction for campaigns and videos - Provide biweekly and monthly reports with campaign and social media performance - Analyze content and ad performance to support marketing decisions - Share recommendations and growth opportunities based on data and results

• Handle container importation processes with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams. • Coordinate order deliveries between NILO warehouse, trucking companies, and customer distribution centers. • Audit and resolve inventory inconsistencies at warehouse level. • Schedule and coordinate field reps' routes and store visits. • Perform other operational or administrative duties as assigned.

• Build and optimize delivery routes based on store hours, geography, and route capacity. • Reassign and reschedule visits when field representatives are unavailable to ensure consistent coverage. • Integrate urgent “Hot Shot” visits into routes with minimal disruption. • Create one-time or special routes for supervisors to: • Resolve stores with execution issues. • Visit potential new retail accounts to strengthen underutilized routes. • Assign tasks to field representatives based on visit outcomes and merchandising needs. • Analyze store performance reports to: • Flag low-performing stores for potential deactivation or improvement in product execution. • Evaluate route performance and recommend new store additions to strengthen weaker routes. • Interpret data, store reports, and photo evidence to support decision-making. • Schedule, update, and coordinate food sampling (demo) events based on supervisor input and visit reports. • Work with retailer corporate buyers to ensure demo products arrive on time.
