• Support the CRC Catastrophe Modeling team by developing custom tools and applications to streamline internal catastrophe modeling processes • Produce, analyze and deliver catastrophe model results to brokers, underwriters and management • Evaluate existing manual processes and identify automation opportunities • Consult end-users and management to define business requirements • Design and build new internal software tools to streamline identified processes, with the goal of quicker turn-around times and error reduction • Analyze accounts and portfolios using Catastrophe Modeling software • Validate results, to ensure accuracy, before delivering to underwriters and/or senior management • Assist with portfolio roll-up and creation of corresponding exposure databases and reports • Collaborate on portfolio optimization and aggregate management strategies, ensuring CRC stays within allocated capacity limits • Interact with underwriters and provide insight into modeled results • Review new software tools from various vendors for applicability, suitability, and usability to integrate into Insurisk processes

• Own the APAC enrolment forecast across partners and study periods. • Maintain and refine forecasting methodology, assumptions, and scenario architecture. • Lead rolling forecasts, study-period reporting, and variance analysis. • Publish forecast packs and run reviews with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. • Develop the annual enrolment forecast aligned to the FY budget. • Build automated pacing tools for intra-period performance tracking. • Run scenario modelling for promotions, pricing, channel mix, and capacity. • Translate demand scenarios into commercial, operational, and workforce implications. • Lead financial modelling for new programs, markets, and delivery models. • Support pricing strategies, ROI assessments, business cases, and margin optimisation. • Maintain long-range planning models aligned to growth and investment priorities. • Convert early-stage concepts into robust, defensible commercial models. • Monitor performance of newly launched products and programs. • Lead post-implementation reviews comparing outcomes against forecast, ROI, and assumptions. • Convert enrolment forecasts into staffing needs with Workforce Planning. • Align modelling assumptions across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure automation and data reliability. • Enhance automation and quality control across forecasting and commercial models. • Maintain the Forecast & Modelling Playbook. • Coach leaders on forecast interpretation, pacing metrics, and scenario usage. • Foster a culture of analytical rigour and innovation.

• Perform analysis of health care claims and financial data • Provide clinical insight and expertise to the account executive team • Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of claims, reports and clinical data • Provide referrals to applicable teams based on data findings • Maintain a working knowledge of data sources for reporting findings • Establish effective communication with stakeholders and management team

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes, problems and information requirements for assigned Epic application(s). • Perform current and future workflow analysis • Prepare documentation for business requirements using case diagrams, data flow diagrams, data models, and object models. • Evaluate whether a proposed solution meets the business and clinical needs. • Prioritize requirements based on business needs. • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate performance of all functions. • Provide client and support training through development of training materials.
