Business Intake Analyst
King & Spalding
• Review and proof New Business Intake (NBI) forms • Review conflict reports and determine if additional approvals are required • Open, update, and close matters in InTapp Conflicts database • Run reports from InTapp database and NBI workflow system • Interact with the Finance department regarding billing information • Create conflict alert notices • Assist with other duties and projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of data entry or administrative assistance experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient at reviewing and analyzing information
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be capable of handling many tasks simultaneously and working under pressure
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Must be highly responsive
