Consistent Schedule - Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We ask that you have flexibility with your schedule as it may be subject to change depending on our client’s needs. A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless. You’ll: - Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season - Highlight and sell membership benefits - Put customers first and take action to improve their experience - Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction - Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops - Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets - Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks - Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks - Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift - Follow the proper steps to request time off WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: - 6+ months in a call-center experience - 1+ year of customer service experience - Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars - Strong verbal and written communication - Organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to navigate multiple computer systems - Experience in a virtual desktop environment - Distraction-free remote workspace - High school diploma or GED Preferred: - Sales experience helpful - Prior experience with Five9 Additional expectations: - Demonstrates conviviality, a core value of our client.
