• Help shape a QA organization recognized for its high standards of quality, efficiency, and predictability - by blending your deep human expertise with AI-augmented and agentic testing practices. • Leverage generative AI, agentic testing, and self-healing automation to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and coverage. • Research, pilot, and implement AI-powered QA tools and methodologies to improve quality and reduce manual effort. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-driven quality gates into delivery pipelines, positioning QA as a proactive strategic partner. • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing. • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. • Execute manual tests to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand project requirements and verify software functionality. • Perform regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to assess product quality and performance. • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize testing efforts. • Manage QA workstreams across multiple simultaneous client projects, coordinating timelines and priorities with project managers.

• Serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments. • Help clients achieve their objectives by serving as a resource. • Identify risks, evaluate controls and prepare findings and recommendations. • Implement compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical or improper business practices. • Ensure through audits that the organization’s programs are consistently administered in compliance. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions, policies, practices and processes. • Recommend improvements to achieve and deliver high quality, value-added services. • Develop, implement, administer and revise policies, procedures and programs. • Research, analyze, maintain, modify, validate and prepare data, information and content. • Produce, edit and distribute a variety of business documents. • Create, present and/or facilitate meetings, webinars, trainings, etc. • Represent assigned function at external hearings, mediations, audits, meetings, etc. • Participate on or lead large, complex departmental and/or divisional projects. • Develop and build internal and external partnerships.

• Design, write, and maintain manual test plans and test cases for features across the full product • Build and scale automation frameworks for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Test AI-powered features including LLM outputs, agent behavior, and model responses for accuracy, safety, and consistency • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to shift QA left in the development lifecycle • Define and track quality metrics, identify risk areas, and surface issues early before they reach production • Develop evaluation strategies for non-deterministic systems — including prompt variation testing and output validation pipelines • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives as the quality voice on the team
