Associate Office Manager

Role Description We are seeking to hire an Associate Office Manager to join our team. Associate Office Manager duties and responsibilities: - Oversee the work of all office employees, ensuring they work productively, meet deadlines, and exceed company standards. - Communicate with customers and clients via email, phone, and other avenues, directing them to relevant staff in an efficient and friendly manner. - Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed. Ensure office perks are implemented and distributed to the appropriate parties. - Manage and coordinate with maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order. - Report office progress to senior management and work with them to improve office operations and procedures. - Oversee all new hires, welcome them to the team, and assure that all WFH supply requests are completed quickly and efficiently. - Manage and ensure all Amazon and Printfection orders for customers of “No Forms” are properly ordered, shipped, and tracked. - Create, produce, and distribute all internal swag including New Hire, New Parents, V2MOM and all internal events i.e., work anniversary swag, department perks, and division gifts. - Confirm all requests for “gifts and events” are fulfilled i.e., funeral/illness flowers, dinner parties, C suite requests, and division retreats. - Assure all mail is picked up and distributed, DocuSign completed and physically mailed, and all shipping and receiving is handled. - Manage all properties worldwide including office moves and closures, RTO details and implementation. - Create and manage the entire charitable giving division of 6sense. Base Salary Range: $66,937.50 - $88,175.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. The Credit Risk Oversight (2LOD) Senior Risk Analyst role is critical to success across SoFi Technologies, Inc., SoFi Bank, NA, and operating subsidiaries. The incumbent will contribute to the second-line oversight of Credit Risk across all SoFi’s lending products - Unsecured, Secured and Commercial Lending. The analyst will conduct credit/behavioral/financial analytics or predictive modeling to assess risks and opportunities for the bank portfolios and translate results into recommendations. The 2LOD Senior Risk Analyst will leverage internal and external data sources and technology capabilities in support of the oversight function. Perform analysis to research credit and consumer behavior trends, understand their drivers, and conduct impact assessments on consumer credit portfolios. Evaluate how changes in the environment impact credit performance – with a particular focus on macroeconomic, socioeconomic, and competitive intelligence trends. Research topics sourced internal and general industry trends and proactively apply quantitative disciplines to associate topics with potential emerging risks around delinquency, loss and roll-rates, and forecasts. What you’ll do: - Provide analytical support for data-driven insight generation through a combination of Credit domain expertise and analytical thought processes - Generate insights, design analytics, and deliver visualizations to influence strategic decisions - Monitor operational performance, roll rates, delinquent inventory, and credit loss trends. Perform diagnostic analyses on all aspects of credit policies to make sure strategies are fully optimized.
