Photovoltaic Technical Sales Representative

Role Description Nous recherchons un technico-commercial photovoltaïque pour assurer le suivi de demandes réelles de projets solaires en Tunisie. Le poste consiste à intervenir en amont des installations, sur la qualification technique des projets, la coordination avec les installateurs et le suivi des dossiers jusqu’à leur avancement (devis, visite technique, dépôt de dossier). Ce poste s’adresse à un profil ayant déjà une culture photovoltaïque, à l’aise avec les notions techniques et le dialogue terrain. Poste basé en Tunisie, 100 % télétravail. Vos missions : - Contacter des particuliers ayant formulé une demande de projet photovoltaïque - Vérifier et compléter les informations techniques nécessaires au projet : - type de bâtiment - surface disponible - localisation - présence d’un compteur STEG - estimation de puissance (kWc) - Expliquer au client le déroulement du projet (étapes, devis, visite technique, dossier) - Transmettre les demandes qualifiées aux installateurs concernés selon les zones - Assurer le suivi des projets : - prise de contact installateur - visite technique - devis - préparation ou avancement du dossier STEG (selon le cas) - Recontacter les clients pour suivre leur décision et l’état d’avancement - Centraliser les informations dans des outils simples (tableaux de suivi, e-mail, WhatsApp) Qualifications - Profil technico-commercial, sérieux et structuré, avec une réelle compréhension du photovoltaïque. Requirements - Formation ou expérience dans l’un des domaines suivants : - Énergie solaire photovoltaïque - Génie électrique - Électrotechnique - Énergies renouvelables - Génie civil / bâtiment - Bonne compréhension : - des projets PV résidentiels - des bases de dimensionnement - des étapes de dossiers STEG (ou équivalent) - À l’aise au téléphone avec particuliers et installateurs - Capacité à suivre plusieurs projets en parallèle - Rigueur, organisation et sens du suivi - À l’aise avec des outils simples (CRM, Google Sheets, e-mail, WhatsApp) - Une expérience antérieure sur des dossiers photovoltaïques, études ou suivi de projets est fortement appréciée. Role Description This role is remote and not required to be in the office; however, this position requires that the candidate lives within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit. The Representative, Digital Sales Support is responsible for facilitating live Chat interactions to guide customers in completing a SMB sale while navigating the WM Web Portal.
