• Coordinate and monitor orders with retail partners to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction • Verify order details, pricing, and payment status accurately • Address and resolve order or delivery issues in a timely manner • Provide responsive customer service to retailers and customers • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and transactions • Support the Head of Sales with administrative and operational tasks
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices • Process accounts payable, including verification and reconciliation of supplier invoices • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation • Prepare regular cash flow forecasts and analyze variances • Assist with budgeting activities and financial planning • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
• Provide support to American and Latin American clients of the US insurance company. • Assist with requested information, resolve issues, and sell products and services. • All interactions are conducted in English and/or Spanish.
• Will assist with administrative and tax-related routines for an American insurance company.
