Job Requirements

- Expert at navigating various social media platforms

- Comfortable working a night shift or flexible schedule
- Proven ability to handle sensitive communication with discretion
- Strong analytical skills to translate online sentiments into structured data
- Exceptional written English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
