• Schedule and publish content across multiple client accounts using social media tools • Execute manual posting where required, including Stories and restricted-location posts via VPN • Maintain and update content calendars for all assigned accounts • Ensure timely and accurate publishing with zero missed posts • Flag publishing issues proactively and resolve them efficiently • Execute engagement strategies including proactive commenting and outreach • Respond to DMs across platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook • Engage with relevant community and partner accounts to grow reach • Maintain brand voice consistency in all interactions • Escalate sensitive interactions appropriately • Write platform-specific captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Adapt tone and messaging across multiple brand voices • Create natural, engaging copy for comments and DMs • Research trends, hooks, and formats to keep content relevant • Ensure all written content reflects native social media language • Pull and compile monthly analytics reports using internal tools • Translate data into clear, client-facing insights • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports • Track performance metrics across accounts • Proactively identify trends, platform updates, and content ideas • Support influencer research and campaign preparation • Organize digital assets and maintain structured file systems • Provide daily and weekly updates during onboarding
Job Requirements
- ~3 years of professional social media management experience
- Strong, fluent written English with native-level social media tone
- Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Ability to extract and interpret social media analytics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Self-starter who can work independently after onboarding
- Comfortable installing and using VPN tools
- Strong responsiveness and reliability during working hours
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food, or restaurant industries (Preferred)
- Canva proficiency for template-based content execution (Preferred)
- Strong social media copywriting skills (non-SEO focused) (Preferred)
- Experience working in agencies or multi-client environments (Preferred)
- Habit of proactively tracking trends and platform updates (Preferred)

About the Role You’ll be responsible for developing social strategy, creating and distributing high-impact content, and engaging directly with builders, creators, and the broader crypto community.
