Additional Requirements - Track record of building credibility with PSAP directors, IT leadership, emergency management leaders, and dispatch supervisors through consultative, trust-based engagement. - Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on real-world PSAP needs. - Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments with minimal playbooks—able to create structure, demo narratives, and field enablement materials where needed. - Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical capability into operational ROI and mission impact. - Willingness to travel up to 75% and represent Prepared as a technical ambassador at industry conferences and customer events.
