• We are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) who, with a high degree of personal responsibility, helps to sustainably grow customer relationships • Identify customer needs and translate these requirements into technical specifications for our development and product teams • Prepare technical documentation and support the creation of solution concepts and proposals • Independently manage RFI, RFP and RFQ processes and coordinate involvement of other internal departments • Provide technical support to the sales team for tenders, pitches and customer projects • Work closely with development to implement customized camera-AI solutions • Conduct feasibility analyses, build prototypes and perform PoCs (Proof of Concept) at customer sites • Support the integration of our systems into customers’ existing vehicle infrastructures • Relay customer feedback and market insights to product development to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.

• To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the Off-Road sector to start as soon as possible. • In this role you will take comprehensive responsibility for our strategically important customers — with the aim of building sustainable customer relationships, successfully implementing projects, and, together with the LUIS team, driving the right solutions. • Your focus will be on acquiring and managing mid-sized and large OEM customers, particularly manufacturers of mobile work machines in the off-road industry. • Development, maintenance and strategic further development of new and existing customers • Regular on-site customer visits for needs analysis, consultation and project support • Responsibility for the introduction of new products, coordinated with customers, project management and development • Market and competitor monitoring as well as identification of new opportunities • Presentation of product solutions, innovations and concepts — including at trade fairs, customer events or to internal committees • Preparation of customer-specific proposals in close coordination with inside sales, technical sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation) and management • Active involvement in pricing, contract negotiations and offer follow-up • Close collaboration with internal colleagues from inside sales, technical sales (Customer Solutions & Innovation) and export to ensure smooth processes • Point of contact for technical inquiries and interface between customer and product development • Maintenance of customer information in the CRM system as well as regular reporting to the head of sales
