Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Coordinator to support one of our US-based healthcare clients. This role focuses on coordinating clinical and administrative workflows, managing documentation, supporting providers, and ensuring accurate tracking of patient-related records. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare operations, understands clinical documentation standards, and can work efficiently within structured compliance and care coordination processes. - Coordinate and support day-to-day clinical and administrative workflows in collaboration with providers and internal teams. - Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for providers, including adding, updating, and maintaining schedules. - Review and organize clinical documentation such as doctor’s notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing (non-clinical review). - Assist with medication refill coordination by tracking refill requests, routing them to appropriate clinical staff or providers, and documenting actions taken according to established workflows. - Maintain and organize patient-related and internal records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA). - Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in secure healthcare systems and state-managed platforms. - Track clinical and support documentation, ensuring version control and timely updates. - Support compliance-related reporting, audits, and documentation reviews as required. - Coordinate with staff to ensure clinical support documents and care-related records are reviewed and updated as needed. - Ensure workflows align with state program guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards. - Identify opportunities to improve clinical coordination, documentation flow, and administrative efficiency. - Provide general administrative support as needed to support day-to-day operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field preferred (not required). - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare administrative, clinical coordination, or care support role. - At least 2 years of experience working with US-based healthcare clients is required. - Familiarity with clinical documentation, care coordination workflows, and healthcare compliance standards is highly preferred. - Experience reviewing medical records, managing provider schedules, or coordinating patient services is a strong advantage. - Experience with EHR/EMR systems and secure healthcare platforms is preferred. - Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Role Description The Clinical Review Dentist is a production role that supports the dental director on claims review. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and related dental codes along with strong computer and communication skills are crucial to this role. Candidate must be available to work weekdays from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm PST every other Saturday and Sunday.
