• Lead the design and evolution of a scalable, multi-product data platform capable of supporting rapid growth (e.g., 600K to 2.5M+ patients) and expansion into new therapeutic areas • Drive large, cross-team engineering initiatives end-to-end—from architecture and planning through production—while owning dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring predictable delivery timelines • Architect, build, and optimize robust batch and streaming data pipelines with a focus on scalability, reusability, and enabling downstream team ownership • Modernize legacy systems into future-state, AI-first data infrastructure by defining best practices, improving observability, and advancing monitoring and failure detection capabilities • Partner closely with data science, product, and commercial teams to deliver reliable, AI-driven data solutions, ensuring alignment across product areas and enabling high-confidence integrations and outcomes • Deeply understand your product area, and how it impacts other product areas to effectively propose changes and how it impacts the success of the company.

• Plan, initiate, lead, and manage clinical trials in partnership with a cross functional set of service delivery teams. • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. • Define accurate milestones, timelines, and budget management for projects to ensure delivery against internal goals • Oversee site selection, initiation, and patient recruitment deliverables. Ensure sites are adequately trained and resourced to conduct trials in compliance with protocols. • Work closely with Compliance Team to ensure all clinical trials are compliant with regulatory agencies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and company SOPs. • Serve as a primary point of contact between sponsors and internal teams in partnership with Sponsor Success Managers. Provide regular updates and progress reports to external and internal stakeholders. • Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or additional business in the future • Establish and maintain best practices for project management, quality assurance, and performance metrics for trials and overall team performance • Utilize learnings from trial execution to identify opportunities to improve our service delivery model and develop recommendations to address • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction long-term vision

• Own strategy and execution for high-complexity implementation projects, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery for EHR integrations with various healthcare systems. • Own overall project management work across cross-functional internal and external workstreams - meeting coordination/artifacts, project documentation, issue/risks logs, project plans, etc.. • Lead technical project deliverables, including discovery discussions, data source validation, and consultative guidance around data architecture and integrations. • Partner with clients and internal teams to align implementation plans with business objectives and long-term success metrics. • Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans and guiding cross-functional teams through critical issue resolution. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and information-sharing, navigating priorities across internal teams (engineering, product, customer success) and external stakeholders. • Contribute to process improvement and scalability, creating playbooks, templates, and best practices to enhance the implementation methodology.

• Develop and execute strategic account engagement and sales plans spanning a range of target customers within and across large biopharma accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets • Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers in multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical verticals • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for assigned top-20 pharma accounts. Understand and clearly articulate key roles, organizational dynamics, opportunities, and threats, along with action plans to achieve account-level objectives and targets • Possess a deep understanding of Paradigm Health’s technology product and service offerings—across protocol optimization, site feasibility and selection, patient screening and recruitment, and trial data capture—as well as the ability to demonstrate said offerings. In conjunction with this, gain insight into customer needs and discover how we can deliver tailored solutions • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities • Collaborate within Commercial as well as with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions within CRM to establish a source of truth for any and all information regarding leads, prospects, and opportunities

• Own and expand AMC partnerships post-acquisition, deepening relationships and driving increased adoption of Paradigm’s solutions • Build and manage relationships across all levels, including senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to deliver value and unlock growth opportunities • Lead partnership operations, including performance tracking, reporting, and alignment across provider success teams

• Work cross-functionally to perform source-to-target mappings between incoming data (ex. EHR) and our data model • Help develop scalable models to automate mapping source-to-target data • Evaluate and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability • Contribute to the development and extension of ontologies, vocabularies, and data standards that underpin our platform • Identify and evaluate informatics tools, databases, and content sources to enhance the product user experience • Perform quality control checks and become proficient in querying data stored in our regulatory-grade platform • Provide critical input into the design of data architectures, algorithms, and analysis workflows

• Lead and develop a team of remote pre-screening CRCs • Assess and improve site-level patient pre-screening workflows • Own operational management of pre-screening activities • Serve as a critical bridge between leadership and frontline teams • Provide strategic oversight across the clinical research coordination function • Drive change management initiatives, partnering with stakeholders • Manage cross-functional relationships with clinical sites and internal partners • Act as an escalation point for complex operational and eligibility challenges • Accountable for team capacity management and workload allocation • Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement efforts

• Drive effective strategic decision making and ensure operational excellence across functional areas • Lead and support cross-functional workstreams to drive sound, data-driven strategic decision-making • Support strategy development with data-driven analysis and modeling • Build a deep understanding of the overall market, provider landscape, and competitive landscape • Enhance the ability to communicate clearly and concisely internally and externally • Provide effective leadership, facilitation, and project management for strategic workstreams • Establish and maintain best practices for project management and performance metrics • Drive continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of ML models and pipelines, with a focus on scalability and integration into production systems. • Design and refine GenAI/LLM-based models to streamline and automate clinical trial operations, from data gathering to real-time performance monitoring. • Partner with clinicians, informaticists, data scientists, and engineers to build solutions aligned with Paradigm’s mission and goals. • Drive improvements in model deployment infrastructure, develop monitoring tools, and refine model performance to ensure robust production-level reliability. • Mentor junior ML engineers, contributing to team knowledge-sharing and establishing best practices for data science and machine learning. • Present complex technical insights and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, advocating for data science-driven strategies that align with business objectives.

Paradigm’s Software Engineering team builds and maintains the foundational infrastructure that powers our clinical care data ecosystem. We ingest and integrate data from diverse sources—including Electronic Health Records, lab providers, and Health Information Exchanges—and transform it through enrichment and harmonization to support a wide range of internal consumers and product verticals. As Paradigm’s footprint across patient populations, research initiatives, and health systems expands, the team is focused on scaling our architecture to enable efficient, parallel data processing at scale. As part of the Data Core team, you’ll work with the engineering team and our commercial counterparts to ingest patient data into our system and build reusable platforms. You will partner closely with product, design, and other internal engineering teams to build resilient features, address bugs, and collaborate to plan upcoming work. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and location.
