Role Description Shape the future of how the world's biggest Salesforce teams build, protect, and innovate. Every day, the world's most mission-critical companies — banks, hospitals, governments, and Fortune 500 enterprises — run on Salesforce. At Flosum, we empower teams to ship fearlessly, recover instantly, and govern with confidence — all without leaving the platform they love. We're looking for a visionary product leader who sees what's possible when innovation and trust live in the same place. This is more than a product role — it's a chance to architect the operating system for the modern Salesforce enterprise. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a platform that: - Touches release managers at sunrise, developers at midnight, and CISOs every minute in between. - Leads a passionate team of product managers and partners with brilliant engineers. - Sits at the table with customers solving problems that matter. If you've ever wanted to build the category-defining product in Salesforce DevOps, this is your moment. What You'll Do - Set the North Star: Craft a bold, multi-year product vision that anticipates where Salesforce — and the AI-powered enterprise — is heading next. - Build the team that builds the future: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management, and security. - Obsess over customers: Understand their anxieties and ambitions, turning insights into products they'll champion. - Ship things that matter: Drive the full lifecycle for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup & recovery, and zero-trust security. - Stay ahead of the platform: Turn every Salesforce release into an opportunity, ensuring Flosum is always first and always native. - Win the category: Outthink and outmaneuver every competitor by knowing the market deeper than anyone else. - Be a force multiplier: Partner with marketing, sales, success, and AppExchange & SI partners to turn great products into great businesses. Qualifications - A product leader with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years building and leading PM teams. - A Salesforce native at heart — you dream in metadata and know why governor limits exist. - A builder who has shipped DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products that customers genuinely love. - A strategist who can paint the 5-year picture and an operator who can ship next Tuesday. - A storyteller comfortable in front of various audiences. - A magnet for talent and a champion of the people you lead. Bonus Superpowers - Deep fluency in Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and modern developer workflows. - Experience with backup, archival, sandbox seeding, and data masking at enterprise scale. - Battle-tested in regulated environments — SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR. - A point of view on how AI will reshape the Salesforce admin and developer experience. - Salesforce certifications, an engineering background, or an MBA that sharpens your edge. What Success Looks Like One year from now, you will have published a roadmap the entire ecosystem talks about, built a team that's the envy of the industry, and shipped releases that move ARR, expand customer relationships, and cement Flosum as the undisputed leader on the AppExchange. Five years from now, you'll look back at a category you helped define — and an enterprise software movement you helped lead. If you're ready to do the most meaningful work of your career, we're ready to build it with you.
