• Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal. • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail. • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. • Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes. • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency. • Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Problem Solving: A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to host success.
- Fluent or business level English, written and spoken
- You will also need:
- A quiet, dedicated workspace
- Headset with mic and webcam
- Stable high speed internet with backup, minimum 5 Mbps
- Laptop or desktop with at least quad core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD

• Perform quality reviews of manual fraud decisions and chargeback / dispute handling to ensure accuracy and consistency • Audit analyst decisions against internal policies, risk frameworks, and card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) • Identify trends in errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases across workflows • Produce QA reports and insights to highlight performance gaps and improvement opportunities • Partner with Fraud Investigations, CX, and Payments teams to drive process improvements • Support calibration sessions and contribute to defining QA standards, playbooks, and scoring frameworks
