Role Description The Learning & Development Enablement Consultant supports enterprise-wide learning initiatives by building, maintaining, and delivering practical training programs for employees and people leaders. This role focuses on enablement and execution, turning frameworks, tools, and requirements into clear learning experiences that are easy to use and consistently applied across the organization. This consultant partners closely with HR, Operations, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to support onboarding programs, manager development, learning platforms, and compliance-related training. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple initiatives at once. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Onboarding & Employee Enablement - Support the development and ongoing maintenance of enterprise onboarding programs, including orientation content, learning paths, and reinforcement materials. - Help structure multi-week onboarding experiences for clinical and administrative employees that improve role readiness and early engagement. - Partner with HR and TA to ensure onboarding content reflects real workflows and expectations. - People Leader & Manager Training - Support the development and delivery of people leader training across core topics such as: - Performance management and documentation - Progressive discipline fundamentals - Timekeeping and policy basics - How to have difficult or corrective conversations - When and how to escalate to HR - Assist with creating facilitator guides, job aids, and scenario-based learning to make training practical and usable. - Learning Platform & Content Enablement - Support administration and content updates within learning platforms (e.g., Relias and PerformYard). - Review and maintain required training assignments to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current policies. - Partner with HR and Legal to help reflect updated guidance within learning content. - Assist with completion tracking and reporting related to required training. - Program Support & Continuous Improvement - Help coordinate live or virtual training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and follow-up. - Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders and make iterative improvements to content and delivery. - Maintain documentation, checklists, and enablement resources to support consistent execution across teams. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a related field - Experience supporting onboarding, manager training, or enablement programs - Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred - Experience working with an LMS (Relias or similar) - Experience supporting healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site organizations - Experience creating job aids, training materials, or facilitator guides What Success Looks Like in the first 45-60 days - Onboarding and enablement programs are clear, consistent, and easy to follow. - People leaders have access to practical training and tools they can use day to day. - Required training content is accurate, current, and well-maintained. - HR and Operations experience fewer issues caused by unclear or inconsistent training.
